Wellness Secrets is an affordable lifestyle center in Decatur, Arkansas. We have a great wellness program,natural weight loss and health programs throughout Arkansas and Oklahoma. People have come to our natural wellness center from Oklahoma, Missouri, and Texas, as well as across the nation, to go through our five day live-in lifestyle and natural weight loss program. We want to share simple principles with you about how to lower your blood sugar/glucose, how to achieve weight loss naturally, how to manage your type 2 diabetes, and how to control your high blood pressure/hypertension among other things.
Many people have enjoyed participating in our hands on vegetarian cooking classes at our Christian, Bible based health center that incorporates the use of natural remedies, a healthy lifestyle, and trust in God to combat chronic diseases.
